Changes to the way you login to Manything

We are starting to phase out support for accounts with Facebook logins. This means we need to convert your Manything account to one where you login with an email address and password as soon as possible.

WHAT! Why?

Facebook are making changes to their system that will no longer support some older versions of iOS. We also have had problems with Facebook killing off camera connections to Manything whenever their login system has a hiccup. This means that Facebook login is now too unreliable for Manything.

How to convert to email login

You can quickly convert your Manything account to an email account to get around this problem. All your data will be saved and you’ll stay on the same Manything plan. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Login online to manything.com on a Mac or a PC and access your account page.
2. Set your account email address.
3. Set your account password and select convert - at this time any active cameras will go offline within 15 minutes.
4. Logout and back into all your Manything devices (viewers and cameras) with your email address and password.
